By accessing or using the AFIT platform ("Service"), available at afit.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AFIT is an AI-powered fitness platform that provides personalized workout plans, nutrition tracking, progress analytics, and adaptive coaching. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate recommendations tailored to each user.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and not share your credentials with third parties
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. AFIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

AFIT offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium plans are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law

AFIT reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The workout plans, meal suggestions, and coaching advice provided by AFIT are generated by artificial intelligence models and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, dietary, or professional fitness advice.

You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have existing health conditions. AFIT is not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse effect resulting from the use of AI-generated recommendations.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse free tiers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI models — are owned by AFIT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

AFIT may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AFIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

AFIT's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to AFIT in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AFIT operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

AFIT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
